If your nbn® home broadband service has been, or is currently, impacted by the QLD or NSW floods, you could be eligible for a flood relief credit to help you during this difficult period.
If your service has been impacted for more than 24 hours you can claim one month free. Please call us on 1800 844 959 or email firstname.lastname@example.org by 20th May 2022 to request a credit.
