How to contact us
We've created online forms so that you are able to quickly and easily submit a request for support. Once the request has been submitted you will receive a ticket number so that you are able to track your support request. We have several forms that you can fill out, depending on what the issue is.

Give us a call
If you are unable to submit an online form or you believe that giving us a call would be a better option. You are able to do so on 1800 10 12 10.
Once you call that number you will hit our IVR (Interactive Voice Response) you'll be presented with the following options:

Friday 2nd - Saturday 3rd - Sunday 4th - Monday 5th: 10AM-6PM
The opening hours below will resume as of Tuesday 6th April
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 8pm
- Monday to Friday (sales) 7:30am - 6pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 10am - 6pm
- Public Holidays: 10am - 6pm
Please note that we do not have a front desk so visiting our office is not an option.
