How to contact us
We've created online forms so that you are able to quickly and easily submit a request for support. Once the request has been submitted you will receive a ticket number so that you are able to track your support request. We have several forms that you can fill out, depending on what the issue is.

Our Support Hours (all times in ACST/ACDT)
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:30pm
- Monday to Friday (sales) 8:30am - 6:30pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 10am - 6pm
- Public Holidays: 10am - 6pm
Unfortunately, due to the impact of the current covid outbreak, lockdowns, and the challenges it’s posing to all of Australia, our call centre is receiving much higher call demand. To meet this increased demand, we are temporarily altering our hours of operation so we can increase the number of available support staff during our busiest times. Our call centre will now operate Monday to Friday 830am to 630pm, and weekends 1000am to 600pm ACST/ACDT. This is a temporary measure and we aim to reopen back to full capacity as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not have a front desk so visiting our office is not an option.
