Changing your payment method in the Members Area
This article explains how to change or update your nominated payment method in the Superloop Members Area
If you are unsure how to login to the members area please click here and follow the steps, if you have already logged in to the Superloop Members Area, please continue below.
Changing or updating your payment method
- To change your payment method or update your nominated payment method first click on the billing button at the top of the Members Area main login page.
- Once you have navigated to the billing page you should be able to click on "Change Payment Method" button on the left of the screen.
- Once you have clicked the "Change Payment Method" button you should be able to click a drop down box and select between Superloop's Supported Payment Methods. You can choose between either Credit Card or Bpay.
- If you are applying a credit card you will need to enter your credit card details, if you are choosing Bpay you will find your payment information on your invoices.
- Once you have selected your option you wish to add to your account, the save button will appear under the drop down box, press the save button and your selected payment method will be saved and ready to go.
Please note the credit card save button will only be usable if all valid information has been entered.
