nbn™ CVC explained
This article will explain what CVC is and what it means for your service.
What is CVC and how does nbn™ CVC work?
CVC (Connectivity Virtual Circuit) is effectively the bandwidth we acquire from nbn™. Every ISP that connects to the NBN network has to purchase CVC from nbn™ and that plays a major role in getting the speeds according to your plan and especially the 'evening speeds'.
We strive to ensure that our CVC does not reach 100% utilisation, meaning that you should have no issues with slow speeds or other issues on a Superloop service.
As part of this, we actually publish your specific CVC graph in the member's area and is viewable as soon as you login. If you are unsure how to log in to your member's area, please click here.
If you thinking about signing up and wondering what our CVC is like, we also list them on our website, select your Point of Interconnect (POI) from the dropdown and it will display the graph for you.
If you are not sure which POI you are on you can use our address lookup tool to find out here
