Relocating your Superloop internet service to a new address
This article explains how to relocate your Superloop nbn™ service to a new property or address
- For any service relocation, you will have to call our Sales team on 1800 57 87 37
- It is important to get in touch with us as soon as you have the address confirmed
- Not every NBN address is ready to go and may require a technician appointment
Things to Note
Whilst we are able to service most parts of Australia, there are still some areas and connection types that we are not able to service.
When relocating, your original service will remain active until you request for it to be disconnected.

Relocating your service
Once you have confirmed your address, give our sales team a call on 1800 57 87 37. From there we will be able to perform a Service Qualification on your address, advise if it's ready to connect or what needs to happen first before it can be connected.
We will then be able to complete the sign-up with you over the phone, get any appointments booked that need to be done, or request a specific activation date.
