- Generally NBN appointments are booked for the very next date available
- Earlier appointments than what you get booked are often not available, unless a cancellation occurs
- If you are wishing to book a specific date after your current date, we may be able to book this
Selecting a time for the nbn™ Technician Appointment
If you have signed up for a service online and your address requires a technician appointment, often the appointment that is booked is the earliest one available. Your appointment time will be sent in an SMS to the number on the account.
Getting an appointment earlier than the one booked is most often not a possibility. Earlier appointments will only come up if someone that has had an install date prior to yours, has cancelled their appointment, thus making that time slot available. This is very rare and those time slots generally get booked quickly.
If you are looking to get an appointment later than the one you already have, we are often able to get one booked for a date that works for you. Give us a call on 1800 10 12 10 at your earliest convenience and we will be able to see what time slots are available.
Please note, if your appointment is within 24 hours of you calling in to rebook, this will unfortunately not be able to be rebooked.
