When is POD required?
The most common scenario that requires Proof of Occupancy Documents to be submitted is if you're getting a new NBN Connection at a premises that either has an active internet service or FNN (landline number) that you do not own. Proof of Occupancy Documents will prove that you do reside at the premises and are able to get that service disconnected and your service connected.
