This article will go over what you need to do if the nbn™ supplied equipment at your new address has been removed.
Your nbn™ supplied equipment has been removed
If your nbn™ supplied equipment is missing, the quickest way to get connected is to try and retrieve the original equipment, however if you are unable to do so please reach out to us and let us know – we will be able to arrange for the equipment to be replaced.
If your address is in a self install area, new equipment may be sent out to you via post, however you may also require an appointment with an nbn™ technician.
