How to add a new contact and update your contact details in the member's area
This article explains how to add a new contact and update your contact details in the Member's Area.

Adding a new contact to your account
- To add a new contact to the account, first click on the "My Account" button at the top of the Member's Area main login page.
- Once you have navigated to the My Account page you should be able to click on the "Contacts" button on the far left hand side of the screen.
- Once you have clicked the "Contacts" button you should be able to see all the contacts on your account. To add a contact, click on the red "Add new contact" button.
- Once you've clicked "Add new contact", you will now be able to select the Contact Type and fill out the contact's details.
- Once you've selected the Contact Type and filled out their details, click the red "Add contact" button and you should now see them on your account.
Updating your contact details
- To update your contact details, first click on the "My Account" button at the top of the Member's Area main login page.
- Once you have navigated to the My Account page you should be able to click on the "Contacts" button on the far left hand side of the screen.
- Once you have clicked the "Contacts" button you should be able to see all the contacts on your account. To update your contact details, click the Pencil Icon on the far right hand side of the contact you wish to update.
- Once you've clicked the Pencil Icon, you will now be able to update the contact details.
- Update the fields you need to, click the red "Update Contact" button at the bottom of the page and the contact details will now be updated.
Please note, you may only change the contact email and phone numbers of an Account Owner.
