Changing your payment method
This article will detail the different ways you can change the payment method on your Superloop account.
Things to note
If you have signed up your service on a promotion that requires a Credit/Debit Card on file for the duration of the promotion, you will only be able to update the card details.
If you wish to change your payment method to BPay, you will have to make the payments through your bank/financial institution. The BPay Biller Code and your account specific Reference Number will appear in the bottom left hand corner of your invoice.

You are also welcome to call our Billing line on 1800 57 87 37, so we can update your payment method over the phone.
