Missing payment guide
This article will detail what to do if you have missed a payment
- We will send an SMS to the number listed on your account to notify you that the invoice is overdue if you do miss a payment
- Payments can be made through the member's area
- An extension may be requested if required
If you have missed a payment, that is ok. If you have missed a payment, here are the options available to you:
- If you are wishing to pay the invoice via a Credit or Debit card, you are able to make a payment through our Member's Area. If you are unsure how to log in to your member's area, click here.
- If you would like to make a BPay payment, the payment details are on the bottom left hand corner your .pdf invoice. You will have to make a payment through your bank or financial institution. Please note also that BPay payments can take anywhere from 1-5 days to land in our system.
