Requesting an update on the status of your order
NBN
Our NBN order system is automated, so provided there is nothing that holds up your order, updates will be provided via SMS to the number on your account. You will receive an SMS once the order has been raised, one with an appointment time and date if applicable and finally one to confirm that your service is now active and ready to go.
Our team will also routinely check any orders that have not progressed, so it's important to keep a close eye on the phone that you have the number listed on the account, as we will be in contact if anything holds it up.

Fixed Wireless
As Fixed Wireless is our own network, we have our own technicians that do the installations for us. Every Fixed Wireless connection will require a technician appointment to be booked by a member of our team.
Our team will check new orders and contact you to book in an appointment, so it's important to keep a close eye on the phone that you have the number listed on the account.
